This could be a conflict with your other modules. Try to disable your others modules and see if Pos can work normally.

I am trying the free version and found a same problem. I try to install in new installation and it also appear same problem. Would you able to guide on this:

Basically I am using your lite version (free Version). hope you could help me on this.

I am installing in to my server and all configure as normal as follow the guideline. all working well, but when I try to view my order under Sales -> Order and view any invoice that been generated via POS system the error showing : 

Fatal error: Class 'Controllerextensionpaymentinstore' not found in /home/hostnefi/public_html/cart/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_storage_modification_system_engine_action.php on line 50
