All stock showing as ZERO

Looking for some urgent help as I've been trying in vain to get help with this.

In POS settings I have split up the stock between two stores, "website" & "swim-meet",(my client taks a certain number of physical stock to a local swimming conference or competition and sells goods there), during this period the swim-meet stock should not be able to be purchased online i.e. the stock should not be shared as such. They then put the unsold stock back into the main online store.

When I print a stock report everything is perfect, shows the correct numbers etc, however when I'm in the console itself, every single item shows zero stock. I also do not seem to have an option to say that the console is selling from JUST the "swim-meet" store but right now thats a secondary issue. The main issue is NO STOCK is showing at all

Any help would be greatly appreciated as my client needs this facility tomorrow. (possible also offline)

If you don't want the stock from a location to be shown online, set the stock control order to 0.

You need to select a location for the user and save the setting regardless there may be one location already shown there.

If you can't make it right, please provide your admin account to our support email then I can check it for you.
