Why does it seem to be almost impossible to get anyone from customer service (unless its to purchase). My client had difficulty paying through the website for their purchase and ended up doing it by paypal invoice, however upon needing to download the POS for OC 2.0.3, no purchase appears in their control panel and after 6 attempts to get a representative we are still no where.
