OnePOS not updating eBay stock via OpenBay

I have a problem with TheOnePOS Pri.

It have OpenBay Pro handling eBay sales but eBay stock is not being decreased when an item is sold through POS.

OpenBay is running the latest version (v.3061)

The One Point Of Sale is V1.17.5B23

OpenBay integration is enabled on the POS options tab.

I sent this problem to sup...@pos4opencart.com by email twice in October and then via the OpenCart Market Place but have not even had an acknowledgement yet.
