1.when use bar-code scanner  as SKU input, even the item being found, system still notify "No product can be found for ", which is not reasonable for the operation. Please refer to the pic below.

2.even there is item selected, still we can push the "PAY" button for operation, and print out abnormal information.


3.the receipt after payment is very small (the receipt set as 58mm Receipt), how to fix it??

4. or the receipt have some unknown info need fix, there is “about blank” at the right up corner of this receipt , how to fix it??

to fix the receipt go to page setup or print setup under file on the browser, then remove the header and footer crap, then set the margins, once you ok this it should fix your receipt

1. Go to POS setting --> Order to set the 'Barcode scan Type Settings' to SKU.  Please don't put focus on the search box when scanning barcode.
2. Not quite understand this one. Some screenshots please?
3. This template is for A4 paper.

Thanks for your replay.

1. What we want is scan barcode as input to the search box, even we set the 'Barcode scan Type Settings' to SKU, 
Result  show the Item find and list below the box, which is good, but there is notification: "No product can be found for ", which is not reasonable.

2.In the pic below show there is nothing found with the search box (like "@"), but I can click the PAY button, and do payment, total is 0, this problem should be fixed.

1. Please log out and log in again to let the setting take effect.
2. You can click PAY button to open the cash tool. Sometimes it's useful even when you are not doing payment. You can not really add a payment to the order.

---- Even logout and login again, the same issue here. Why? Can somebody modify this issue?

for point 1.

I have also same problem. 
When use bar-code scanner  as EAN input, even the item being  found, system still notify "No product can be found for ", which is not reasonable for the operation. Also ita says that product not found, even it shows photo! Please, can you fix this..
