Missing Export File: shell32.dll

Greetings:

I'm trying to fix a problem with my CD-ROM. I put a disk in and I get the
error message;

CDPICKER.EXE file is linked to missing export
SHELL32.DLL:SHGetSpecialFolderPathA.

I found Shell32.dll in the system folder. How can I make Win95 see it?

The file is there; the entry point "SHGetSpecialFolderPathA" isn't.
Your version of Windows is too old, or doesn't meet the minimum
requirements of the software that you are trying to install.

Is CDPICKER a program that was on the PC or are you trying to install
something new?

If you are trying to install AOL on the computer, start
My Computer or Windows Explorer, go to the "Aol70"
folder of the AOL CD and double-click the "Setup70.exe"
file.
