I tried to visit everyone Wednesday to say good bye and didn’t see
you. Bill
said you were ill. Hope ya fee better Buddy, Cya around. Dec 6th I
start at the
Plant, a senior control systems technician. A promotion. It’s hard to
pass up
7000 a month for something I know how to do very well.
It’s really unfortunate that the knee-jerk reactions by management due
to bad software
in the 2070’s Causing terrible upsets in a loop configuration that was
flawed from design,
made me so bitter around there for a while. It’s all water under the
bridge. Jose is a
GREAT guy to work for. I will miss everyone there. Oddly I met Reza in
a hallway
across the street upstairs and said good-bye to him, He didn’t know I
was leaving.
Shrugs.
I’ll now be in charge of an updated Solaris computer system and
Ethernet redundant network
at the plant, along with the entire fire control system there,
boilers, PA system with an office
of my own to go with that, along with 2 employees I need to keep busy.
I always looked forward to working with you doing counts and travel
times. Was always fun.
