What is the proper way to add external JS libraries in TMP v2?

Hello,

I used to put .js file in the controllers in 1.x, planning to do it properly in new projects with TMP 2.0.

Is these any standard way to add the 3rd party lib in the project then grunt server/build can process it properly?
