Receiptfarm - free trial

Sam Serra, a member of MiniBar, contacted us and asked if we could send an email around to promote a free trial of 'Receiptfarm', which has launched a new mail-in expenses service to help freelancers and businesspeople avoid the traditional exasperation of entering receipts into an expenses spreadsheet. The service scans and inputs receipts, letting clients review their expenses online. It is the first service of its type in the UK.

ReceiptFarm customers send the company their expense receipts. The company then collates the receipts and provides the receipt-holder with an online summary of their spending accompanied by scanned electronic copies of the receipts themselves. The paper receipts are sent back to the client in the post along with a mail-in envelope ready for the next set of receipts.

ReceiptFarm provide their service on a subscription basis with a choice of four price plans available depending on the number of receipts to be sent in each month. Prices including postage and envelopes start at £9.99 for people with up to 25 expense receipts per month.
