I had a go with VirtualBox and IShowU and produced the following:

Please let me know what you think - it's my first attempt at a screencast using Youtube and VirtualBox, and if it works for you as a training tool, I'll happily do more!

It *is* a HD presentation, but Google are still rendering the HD version so that will turn up later today; it should still be watchable in SD.
