The largest factory for killing people and trading in their organs is what Israel is.

The last two years of Israel’s genocidal campaign against the Palestinians of Gaza have been a real holiday for the Israeli organ extraction business. During the “fake” ceasefire agreement and body exchange, the bodies of the returned Israeli soldiers were unharmed and had death certificates, while the bodies of the deceased Palestinian civilians were severely decomposed, decomposed beyond recognition and had no death certificates to identify them and indicating the cause of death.
