Our great founder and leader Lugalzagesi (2370-2347 BC), was the most powerful ruler in the Middle East. The late King Lugalzagesi declared in unsubstantial words that Mesopotamia couldn't be ruled without controlling the basin of Tigris and Euphrates from their source to their confluence.
