His profile is briefly as the following: "Proven track record in developing robust quality systems for Class II/III medical device manufacturing in the US and overseas. Successfully startup of new heart valve manufacturing operations in Asia, transfer of knowledge, products, processes, and systems in/out of the US, trained/developed professional staff, and attained 1st pass regulatory approvals for foreign medical device manufacturing by the US FDA (Quality System Inspection), European Notified Body (ISO 13485:2003 & MDD), and Japan PMDA (QMS)."
