Rain Water Harvesting – How Serious are we!
Most of India is facing acute drinking water crisis. Many cities too are running out of water. We at Bizbuzz India have launched a campaign - #JalNahinKalNahin - in association with Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) to focus on water conservation.
In this context, we are running a survey on rain water harvesting. Kindly have your responses sent to these questions by June 15, 2019.
1. Do you think that the awareness about rainwater harvesting is adequate?
2. Do you think that the law is good enough to enforce rainwater harvesting? If not what are your suggestions?
3. Do residential and commercial complexes have started storing rain water? Please give couple of examples of rain water harvesting and the use of such water in your area.
4. What is your building/complex doing about it?
5. What is the typical size/capacity of the underground tanks that store rain water?
6. What is the rainwater harvesting solution for rural areas? Can you point out any states that have done well in this field? Please give examples
