As a PR professional, we feel happy when our spokespersons or clients appear in the newspaper or on the TV shows. I completely understand the effort goes behind getting someone covered in the Industry story or on a show etc.
But, I would like to know your views on the following. When your clients (Financial Space) put such thoughts next to you, what should be the reply?
Client - I am happy to go on these business channels, but how is it helping the brand. Only traders and brokers see business channels and that too on mute. Why should I go there?
Client - I don't mind talking to reporters but two-three lines in the Industry story, is it helping us?.
