(FAMILY MEDICINE is a MULTI-DISCIPLINARY field of MEDICAL SCIENCE. After MBBS, followed by 1 year of Internship & a COMPREHENSIVE 4 Years of HOSPITAL BASE TRAINING(FCPS), these Consultants can treat 90% of the MEDICAL PROBLEM of ANY AGE GROUP and SEX. Heart, 

Chest, Abdomen, Obs.& Gyne, Diabetes, Vaccination(Adults/Children), etc are just few examples.)

 

Diabetes Care Clinic is a SCREENING CUM TREATMENT Package for Diabetic Patients only. Initial visit is related to pre-checkup procedures like Vitals, Vision Testing, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar level via Glucometer, Body Mass Index (BMI calculation), Brief Health History / Family Health History, Heart Rate.

 

Further, it is followed by Electro-Cardiogram (ECG) & Doctors's Consultation including Physical Examination of feet & adjustment of medicine (if required). After Initial visit you are directed to laboratory with overnight fasting of 10 to 12 hours for Blood & Urine tests.Our laboratory arrangements are with Dr. Essa's Laboratory having 14 branches throughout Karachi, you can go for laboratory test to your nearest branch.

 

Reports will be directly sent to us, after receipt of reports the Mall Clinic will arrange for a 2nd & final Visit which will provide Doctor’s consultation for discussion of reports. Medicines may be prescribed / adjusted accordingly. At the end your file containing all original laboratory reports, Diet Plan, along with Electro-Cardiogram (ECG) strip with be handed over to you. 

Any further follow-up visits (if suggested) will be charged as regular consultation.
