The following is the definition of a Memory Aid supplied to me by the
head math coordinator at the Lester B Pearson School board, and my
former math teacher, Mr Jeff Lux.

Use of memory aids is limited to the following:
1 letter-size (8.5" x 11") piece of paper on which students can
hand-write any formulas, examples, explanations, etc. on both sides.
Under no circumstances should a student's memory aid be either a
photocopy or a computer printout.

I hope this helps everyone.

Students can write anything, including the question, the formula, the
way to solve the question, and the answer. However, the more thorough
they are with certain question-types, the less space they will have to
include other information.
