Keep getting the same error. Reinstalled newest version does not help.
Keep getting the same error. I reinstalled the program, but error is still
the same.

I think last.fm did some redirects... I'll look into it fixing it soon as I
find some
time...
If anybody else wants to work on it, I'll happily provide guidance, but at
the moment I
don't have much time for TheLastRipper...
It would be a pity if this great program would not work any more .. ;-(
Same error here.
I'm getting the same error. It's a shame because this is THE BEST Last.fm
downloader out there... in fact it's the only one I could ever get working
at all. Please, consider looking in to it.
I had the same error. OS: Win 2000 SP4.
I installed Windows2000-KB835732-x86-DEU.EXE and the NetFramework20
SP1_x86.exe and all worked fine again.
Could it be that easy? What was KB835732 about? Cause I'm using XP SP1
I guess its more the netframework update rather then the other. Isn't there
a netframework update for winxp on microsoft.com ?
I totally agree to the different postings here.... have same problems
already since many weeks (checked out on different MS OS systems, e.g.
Vista, XP...). Would be really pitty for TLR to die... after using it for
longer time dont want miss it in my musical life.

Okay, I can't reproduce this bug...
Just, tried the most recent svn version, I doubt it differs from what you
got, but I've attached it...
I ran it on an old Windows Xp virtual machine that haven't been updated in
years...
I've attached the binaries I tested with, can you reproduce the error with
these binaries ?
(Note, they are compiled debug symbols, so please do attach error messages,
log files and screenshots).

Hope anybody here knows what that means ???????? - Is it clear what line

me direct email... Tks. and good luck that soon we all can enjoy TLR
again.... :-)
Hi all,
I experienced the same error on a WinXP computer. Now I installed the
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Webinstaller), and the last ripper works again.
Best regards, Carsten
Can other confirm that this is fixed with updating to Microsoft .Net
Framework 4 ?
If so, this is an invalid issue... Please test, and let us know...
@exonaut:
Thanks... For reporting this...
i have the same error, im still upgrading my computer hopefully it will
work...
I face the error too. I deleted all .net installations and after some
reboots I started again with .net framework 2 + 4 - still with no success.
When I try to download my own playlist like I did for years nothing
happens, when I use the "personal" button the log says which song should be
downloaded next but then the "403 forbidden" error occurs. In some other
postings I found at least two statements, that downloading playlists no
longer works.
