Hi,

Most of the Bangalore schools are getting books from one or the other NGO's or some political member .  so we giving them does not have any purpose.
Let us try to add more schools in NK region, depending on the Donations we get. Infy Books can't say anything as of now.

Warm Regards,
Shashi

Hello All,

We had a short meeting on NBD 2014 during our Krishna School event yesterday. Here are the outcome:

  • Like last year, this time also our major concentration will be North Karnataka.
  • ITC has committed to sponsor 11,000 Long Note Books (Vivek is this number correct ??). As these are long note books, we will consider high school students.
  • We shall retain the schools that we donated last year. Since we have sponsorship from ITC, we can add max 2 schools this year. If we are able to generate more funds, then we will not increase number of schools, but we can plan to donate stationary.
  • Because of bitter experience with vendor Noble Exchange last year, we need to find new vendor.
  • Infy sponsoring is not confirmed yet. We will consider Bangalore Schools based on Infy sponsoring. Else we will omit Bangalore schools.
