It seems that it's not by looking at -matching_strategy options...

Any plans for using neural networks for matching in the future?

I comparing the features to OpenMVG,
anyone around here perhaps can expand on the difference between the two libraries?

Hi,

There is many open source library around here with focus on 3d reconstruction from images (TheiaSfM, OpenMVG, colmap).

All of them have more or less similar capabilities - provide the ability to perform Structure from Motion and export/compute data for computing dense point cloud/meshes.

Each library has a different focus (providing state of the art implementation of multiple view geometry of the community; providing a framework that you can use, ...)

Each library has their own specificity and some features that are available in one and not in another.

Feel free to contribute to one of those libs and help us build strong communities around 3D reconstruction from images!

Regards,
Pierre (an OpenMVG contributor)
