When	Sat Oct 5, 2013, 10-4PM, Battle Reenactments at 12 and 3.
Where	6401 Germantown Avenue and Upsala St. Philadelphia Pa.(map)
	On October 4, 1777, the Continental Army attempted to fight the British out of Germantown. Washington and his troops lost the battle and were forced to retreat to Valley Forge for the winter.

The 1st Rhode Island Regiment will represent men of African descent who fought in this battle.
