Hey everyone,

Here's the need to know stuff for this week...

CHILDRENS CHURCH
it's that time again... the 5th sunday of the month is when the youth
ministry takes over the 1st-5th grade classrooms! if your student is
interested in voluteering, let albert know asap!

BIGwednesday
September 2 will be our next BIGwednesday, or REACH night. the theme
will be: 80s. come dressed up in 80s style, or as your favorite movie
or rock star! we'll have a dance and costume contest, free food,
games
and more! this is a great opportunity for students to invite friends!
want to help out? email albert! we need help with food donations, and
give aways... if you can help in that area, please email or call the
church asap.

SMALL GROUPS
we are starting up our FALL small groups, which run weekly from
october to december, coming up very soon! we are so very excited
about
this years small groups! sign ups will start in september.

LEADERS NEEDED!
we have been blessed with an amazing leadership team, and a growth in
numbers, so we are currently looking for more leaders to join our
team! there is no one model for the person we look for, whether your
old or young, trained or not, male or female, high energy or
reserved,
there is a place for you! we ar elooking for adults (over 18) who
LOVE
the Lord, and LIKE students. anywhere from camps, to Wednesdays
nights, to bible studies, to fun events, to small groups, to prayer,
there are so many ways YOU can be involved with the youth of this

SUNDAYS
Starting sunday september 6th, our new sunday youth schedule will be
as follows: 1st sunday of the month, the youth will be leading
worship
in the main service, and staying to particpate with the adults for
the
message; 2nd-4th sunday the youth will leave at the meet and greet
break at 11am for a youth service in the youth room; and on any 5th
sundays, the youth will either help out in 1st-6th grade classrooms
or
join in the main service. we are so very excited to be back in our
youth room on sundays, and when we start up again, we will conitue
our
survey of the bible!
