Please help mum and 2 year old

HI all

I met a young mum with her daughter about 3 months ago,they where living on the streets at the time.

I kept the child with me for 2 months,until i got notified that the mum is staying somewhere now ,so i took the child back to her?now today she was looking for me asking for help-she want to go to a rehab?but the rehab she went to before wont take her unless she has medication for the drug herion?so i need help to help them please i really believe that things can change for them.If you can help or know how to go about this plz contact me as i dont know what to do anymore......
