Dear Members,

As posted on the home page of TheHauntedZone.com, I am in the process
of switching to a new server of my own for TheHauntedZone.com plus
it's 24 hour paranormal chat room. Since I am acting as my own IT,
there are several steps that have to be taken to get the new server
prepared and properly configured before everything is switched. Please
expect downtime on TheHauntedZone.com between the dates of March 30th
- April 3rd as that is when the website and chat room will be taken
down and moved over.

During this time the website, chat room and other features may either
be unavailable or not working properly. You may encounter errors or
issues while trying to use the site during this time. Please know in
advance that I am aware of any errors you may encounter and there is
no need to report it. As I said earlier, please expect errors and
downtime between the dates that I mentioned.

Please be aware that all of your information and your user account for
the chat room WILL NOT BE DELETED but may not be available during the
specified dates.

If you have any questions, please email me or be sure to keep checking
here! I will be posting updates on the progress here in this forum. I
apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause! The past
couple of weeks have been very busy for me but fortunately I have
spare time over the next 2 weeks to get this project finished. I will
be working on this daily over the next 2 weeks and during Spring Break
to help get this done faster so that everyone can continue chatting!

I am hoping that now by hosting the website myself and running it on
my own server at home that some of the chat issues and space
restrictions will get better.

Although the chat room will be down, if you still wish to communicate
and share stories...please register for our sister website which is a
24 hour paranormal message board (www.evidenceoftheparanormal.com).
