Regarding the status of The HALO.

Hi guys,

I hope you all are doing reallllyyy well.

However, I am concerned about what is happening with our department's core operations. The last department meet we had, it was really nice to see you all pumped up for the next ten days. To go for appointments, to kick some ass but its disheartening to see that it was only coz of my presence. Each one of you were given some responsibilities to keep The HALO going!!! A place where YOU + ME = WE deserve to be.

Hitesh, I am sorry to have not been able to say goodbye coz of my isolation period. Also, not to get all senti there.. I want to know! What is happening with your team? I see no updates from your side :/  I hope everything is fine back at home. If not then let all of us know. I have told you guys that all can include something about your other happenings in your updates too. It is like you were all there but you are not there at all now! Hope to see you get back on track.

Aish, you must have had crazy fun at Vizag! All tanned and all huh? Well, it is time to get back to work now :) I see nothing from your side either. I am not saying that nothing is happening in your teams. I see you guys all motivated but what after that?! If nothing is done of that motivation then I am sorry to say that all of that time always gets wasted. Please! Please! Please! start posting updates about you and your team. I believe that almost everyones' exams are almost done and there is no member crisis as such. Do pick up ASAP!

Anokhs, great going. That's all I will say. Things are going great with you and your team. Now that you know the processes, it is time to optimize them. Figure out how you can get things done faster and more effectively. Lots of activities going on from your side. I am too proud :)

Get those matches on system right away. I am hoping that they are just around the corner! All the best with everything else!! ;)

So guys, coming back to The HALO and most importantly, YOU. Your Team Leader term is going to get over in the next 26 days Have your lived up to your potential until now? Have you given your best? Have you created your identicals? Just remember the day you were announced. The way you felt the day you were announced! And just do it..

Looking forward to a lot of constructive stirring in your lives, in my partial life..lol. In The HALO!

Hi nam,

My team is actually on track now, everybody is working, we've got a few positives too, harshita got 2, we've been sending mails everyday. Everything is fine at home, I'm trying to co-ordinate everything remaining online on whatsapp or gmail or on call. For the appointments, yes I'm doing some market research and they'll start cold calling by this week itself. Before I went, we had a team meet, fortunately everyone came except for adal because he was sick. Had a 2 hour intense meet wherein I tried to show them the big picture and since then aamer and harshitha are performing really well. I'm putting in all I can, trying to take out time from family and friends. I know very less time is remaining and trying to come up with strategies accordingly. I didn't know we can update you, will keep in mind to do that in madhav's presence. And one last thing, just keep motivating us with these mails, we need that too ! :)

Nammmm ! i have met with an accident just after i came from Vizag :'(
had 2 knee surgery so completely bed rest ! had 2 appointments and 2
positives, the appointments had to be cancelled because they wanted to
meet on the same day and i was in hospital for one whole week so
couldnt and yea my team ! am trying to get all of em on track ! they
are almost on track i asked people who can sit at home and match to
match and others who cant ( pranav n dinakar) to do market research so
that atleast we have raises ! I know first team of TL was whole of
learning than execution :( still ! i l not give up so what if we dont
have matches or realizations ! atleast as a leader ( TEAM LEADER ) am
giving my cent percent towards my team and they are actually learning
something or the other everyday :) n yea for the rest of the days i
will make sure they match and match and even go for appointments with
anokha and do market research so that we can have raises for next term
or so :) trying to motivate them to achieve targets as well as to
LEARN :) n yea Misss youuu namm :')
