PFA
In the Alphabetical order :
# Adal - Lil bit Arrogant. Can bunk when needed. Came with a sole reason of socializing. Should be made to understand the aspect of AIESEC. Has good convincing skills and body language. Studies in MJ.
# Ali - I liked this guy a lot. I can see my past in him, too decent he is. And, when he told that he already liked AIESEC but is waiting for that work to be given to him so that he gets that experience, tells it all. He is just a overall package, he just needs to open and utilize it. I would love to work with him . ! :)
# Amer - I like him. He is good and has ample amount of knowledge about AIESEC. Studies in Deccan Engg College. Has a lot of friends in AIESEC, so he knows little bit about the work pressure and all. Wants to attend conferences. He is here for a longer time and just a time pass one. Would be great to work with him :)
# Harshitha - Was shy at the start. Took time for her to come out of the comfort zone, came out a little bit by the end of the MTS but has a lot more to explore. Is in the 3rd year engg. I feel she would do good under anyone of us.
# Pranav - This guy impressed me a lot. Whatever he does he wants to do it perfectly. Is cool with bunking too. Matured enough. Knows the importance of AIESEC, though needs to be sharpened a bit, which can be done. He can be really good in convincing as the questions he asked during the activity made sense.
# Sahil - Can be creative. Has a funny side too. Didn't quite get to interact as he left after the MTS. I guess he should do good anywhere.
# Varsha - Was feeling shy at the start. But, later she almost showed what she is. She needs time to get adjusted, but once done...can kick start things in a really good manner. Had a lil whatsapp convo as well, she is excited to start working and wants to be TL too. So, whomever is she under, if he/she gets that connect of her life to AIESEC, she can do wonders. I guess Anokhaa might actually do good with her.
# Vaishnavi - This girl seemed the least interested in the MTS. Could actually tell that she couldn't connect to it at all. She needs to be brushed from the basics. Would be a hard to get her that connect to AIESEC. But, as later as we all sat at pizzat hut, i could see her talking to Aamer and others in a good way...so she has that thing in her..but needs to be realized about it. With her being on the team, it would be a challenge but i want to experience it. Will be an utter fail or a an epic success.
# Vikram - I like this fellow too. He is good, innovative and knows the value of AIESEC and wants to do something to prove himself. He can do really good stuff if we sit behind him and tell him to do. He has that urge to work. He is flexible with his timings as well, so he can do good anywhere :)
The people whom i liked the most are : Pranav, Aamer and Ali from the boys and from the 3 girls who turned up Varsha was the best, but working with Vaishnavi can be a hell lot of a different experience.
Yeah...so throughout the day i didn't speak much but yes, i did observe everyone. I can actually tell that almost all of them are really good. Just need to have that personal talks and then they all will be set. And, with Aditya, Kris and others already present...we are actually a good department now. Starting frm this GBM, we can get the best out of iGIP and make it bounce! :)
