A lab to build my prototype?

Hi,

My name is Eva Karlen, and I am a middle-schooler at Penn Alexander School. I'm creating a robot with a catalytic-converter design to be entered in the annual Carver Science Fair (due mid-January), but I need a lab to build the prototype at. Would you be able to help me do this? I know the Hacktory is in the process of moving, so I might not be able to come at open work-hours. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
