Dear friends,

Looking forward to seeing you this Wednesday at our monthly Cape-wide worship and prayer gathering:

GOGCC Monthly Multi-Church Worship and Prayer Gathering
Wednesday 3/26/2025
7-8:30 pm
Redemption Rock Church
195 Meeting House Road
Chatham, MA 02659

Here is the Facebook Event Page. Join us and invite your friends!

We will gather as one body and one family from different churches, denominations, ethnic backgrounds and generations, to exalt the Lord together and pray in unity for Cape Cod, that the name of Jesus would be exalted in this land, that His glory may me known on the Cape by Cape Codders with multitudes coming to Christ!

In Genesis 12 God called Abraham to Canaan, a wicked land. As you may recall, Canaan, one of Ham’s sons, was cursed by his grandfather Noah: "Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants he shall be to his brethren." (Genesis 9:25). In fact, later God would tell the Israelites that He drove out the Canaanites because of their wickedness.

God sometimes calls us to walk with Him and serve Him in spiritually dark and desolate places. Like Abraham, we should trust Him wholeheartedly, knowing that His plans and purposes are sometimes unfathomable, and always greater than our own.

Eventually, Canaan turned into Jerusalem, the temple was built, and the glory of God filled it, transforming what was previously a dark place into one filled with the glory of God! Likewise, as we obey God and walk with Him in spiritually dark and desolate places, He dispels the darkness and transforms them into places filled with His glory! In fact, more accurately, as we walk with God together in unity as one body and one family, we become the New Testament temple of God. It is in that place that we experience His glory in our midst, which dispels the darkness around us.

Looking forward to seeing you Wednesday!

The Glory of God on Cape Cod team

The statement below summarizes why we gather as regional leaders and churches, and why we do what we do:

We gather in response to the Lord's stirring us with His desire to show His glory in our midst, and the subsequent spiritual awakening/revival on Cape Cod, with multitudes coming to Christ.

By pursuing unity/oneness, consecration (walking in the fear of the Lord), and united prayer, we prepare ourselves for what God wants to do in our midst.

"Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool, what kind of a house will   you (plural)    build for Me, or where is the place of   My rest   ?" Acts 7:49

"In whom the whole building, being   fitted together   grows into a   holy temple    in the Lord, in whom   you (plural)   are also being   built together    for a   dwelling place of God    (The Manifest presence of God) in the Spirit." Ephesians 2:21,22

Oneness is Not Optional

David Demian Published: January 2nd, 2025
Oneness is Not Optional; It’s a Necessity By David Demian The Power of Unity Unity is a catalyst that releases great power. At the tower of Babel, because men had tapped into that principle, nothing was impossible to them, so the Lord had to intervene. He confused their language and scattered them over the earth. But God had a plan, and that curse was finally reversed at Pentecost when unity and corporate authority were restored. The lack of unity removes...
