The ONE10 Intensive is an invitation to gather in Bradford, an old well of revival, to reignite the flame for a student volunteers missions movement. Join us as we revisit the historic work of God in New England and receive training for prayer, missions, and church planting.

It is sponsored by Hilltop Church and the Justice House of Prayer in Boston, and consists of a week-long series of tours, teachings, and nights of worship led by pioneering leaders in the areas of intercession and missions. As part of a thirty person cohort, you will be stirred and challenged to surrender your life for the cause of Christ and His Kingdom. Out of the 2016 cohort, several ONE10-ers made the decision to become overseas missionaries through the ACTS school, and several others went on to sacrifice a year touring across New England college campuses with the Awaken tour. In other words, the ONE10 Intensive is a time to expect lasting transformation!

HISTORY:

In 1810, a young man by the name of Adoniram Judson wrote a letter to the father of Ann Hasseltine, asking for Ann’s hand in marriage. Completely surrendered to the vision of world missions, Adoniram asked whether Ann’s father would consent to the “hardships and sufferings of a missionary life” that Ann would likely face (and indeed she did) “for the sake of him who left his heavenly home and died for her and for you…” Ann too was consumed by a passion for God’s glory, having experienced revival as a student at Bradford Academy. On February 5, 1812, the two married, and on February 19, the newlywed couple was sent out of Bradford by the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions, ultimately becoming the first Protestant missionaries to leave North America.

One hundred years later, John R. Mott, the appointed leader of the Student Volunteer Movement for Foreign Missions, came to Bradford to commemorate the task of worldwide evangelization that the Board for Foreign Missions had begun with the Judsons. The watchword for that renewed student missions’ movement became "The evangelization of the world in this generation.” This movement yearned to see God’s name made known throughout all the nations of the earth by the twentieth century. Though their dreams were not realized in their generation, their cry goes forth even today, that an unprecedented global missions’ movement would arise, that God's people would volunteer freely in the day of His power.
