Hello Folks,

My bandmate Richard managed to sniff out a show with Marching Band
this Friday at the church. Marching Band is from Sweden, but
currently doing a residency at Spaceland in LA. We talked them into
coming up the coast for a short tour between their weekly gigs and are
very excited about it. They're a tasteful pop band with a resume that
includes a song on Nick and Norah's infinite playlist, and possibly
the most popular band to ever play here (though we love all our
bands!).

The Subcons is us (two residents of the church and numerous others)
and we'll be going first. We'll be playing a toned down set, probably
with no drums but adding violin and more strange instruments than
usual. Don't expect the usual set. Emily Katz and Love Menu will go
last with their blend of charming bedtime ballads.

Show's at the usual showtime (8) for the usual moolah (5).
