Let me to tell you how the Hepar is hold in it's place!

Fixation:

Primary: Between the capsule of the liver (and the area nuda) connects
with The Endoabdominal Fascia to the diaphragm (?). Also the Ligament
to I.V.C and the Terres ligament helps to fixate it.

Secondary: The "intraabdominal pressure" from the organs and the
Coronary Ligaments.

If anybody got what he said about the fixation of the stomach please
correct me. Because I understood it that Gaster is hold in place by
Hepatoduodenal and Hepatogastric Lig. BUT that it is not directly to
the stomach, at least on the greater curvature, because this is what
expand when you eat. And also some fixation points were the Bulb of
Duodenum and The Oesophagel part of the stomach.

Greater Omentum: - Gastrocolic
- Gastrosplenic
- Gastrophrenic
- Pancreasplenic

Lesser Omentum: - Hepatoduodenal
- Hepatogastric
