Looking for a researcher in Oral Health

I am looking for a suitable candidate to undertake some some research related work in the area of oral health.

The research is on oral health: practices, problems and what can be innovated to keep people's mouth and teeth healthy (especially for the lower income groups in the city).

The person I am looking for...
... ideally has knowledge about oral health (health of teeth and mouth). If no specific knowledge on this, is able to get into the topic quickly (for instance because of knowledge on health issues, or because they are a great researcher in general)
... has experience with user-centered research
... is hands-on and flexible
... can connect a team that will be involved in the work with the target group s of lower income people, but also with dentists and nurses
... is willing and able to function in an international team both physically and through new media: Skype, email, WhatsApp etc
... can do research in the period May/June/July.
