COME JOIN US IN CELEBRATING OUR PREMIER EVENT OF THE SUMMER!

 

Dear Manohar Gaaru,

Thank you for registering for ATA Summer Fest 2013. We have processed your online registration, it is with great pleasure we would like to let you know that you’re registration is complete and you are cordially invited to attend this event. We're pleased that you have chosen to become part of this ATA Event.

We like to personally welcome each of you and your family members to the Summer Fest Event. It’s an exciting time of the year to hold out door event. Weather forecast shows great weather, it will be around 80 degrees. You are encouraged to dress accordingly for outdoor weather and activities. If you want to, off course the will be chairs, bring picnic blankets / mats to relax under trees on while watching the cultural event or chatting with friends.

We’d like to give you an idea of what you can expect at the event.

Please arrive to the park by 10: 00 AM.  ATA will serve appetizers, Drinks (soft Drinks, Beer and some wine). Appetizers will be served up to 12:15 PM only, soft drinks and beer will be served till end of the event. Besides food and drinks, activities include singing, dancing, games, etc.  At the end of the event awards and certificates will be presented to the winners and participants.

To make this day fun and eventful, we’ll need your help and cooperation during the entire event.
