Hello Mr. Ravula,
We spoke earlier about your Disney trip and I said that I would get some prices out to you. I also wanted to go over the AAA Member Benefits. Each is listed below with some information about it.
AAA Vacations Diamond Savings Card- EXCLUSIVE! Provides special savings on selected meals, merchandise, recreation and more at participating locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort
AAA Diamond Parking-EXCLUSIVE! Convenient preferred parking spaces at all four Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks (subject to availability, voucher required, block-out dates apply.)
DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park-Guests will receive two vouchers, each valid for a 1-day admission ticket to Disney Quest Interactive Theme Park located in Downtown Disney West Side (vouchers must be exchanged for tickets at DisneyQuest Interactive Theme Park ticket window, valid for 2 tickets per package)
Planet Hollywood-Receive a $15 voucher valid for food and non-alcoholic beverages and a souvenir merchandise keepsake at Planet Hollywood, Downtown Disney West Side. VIP Preferred Seating is available from 11:00 am through 6:00 pm.
Miniature Golf-Guests will receive two vouchers, each valid for one round of miniature golf prior to 4:00 pm on one day at either Disney’s Fantasia Gardens or Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Gold Courses (valid for two rounds of golf per package).

Spa Discounts-15% off most 50 minute or greater services at select Disney Resort hotels. (Hand and foot treatments are excluded. Age restrictions apply. One per package)
Walt Disney World Marina Discounts-15% off the non-discounted price of any boat rental at participating Walt Disney World marina location. (One per package)
Guided Fishing Excursions Discount-15% off the non-discounted price of a 2 hour Guided Bass Fishing Excursion or a Bass Nitro Fishing Excursion at select Walt Disney World World Marinas. Excursions include fishing equipment, rod, reel, shiners, artificial bait, non-alcoholic beverages and a 1 year membership to B.A.S.S. (Bass Anglers Sportsman Society. One per package)
Splitsville Luxury Lanes-10% discount on the purchase of food and non-alcoholic beverages and 10% off the non-discounted price of merchandise at Splitsville Luxury Lanes located in Downtown Disney West Side (not valid with any other offers and discounts)
Sammy Duvall’s Watersports Discount-10% off the non-discounted price of all activities including parasailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing trips at Sammy Duvall’s Watersports Centre located at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. (Subject to availability, restrictions apply. One per package)
Children Activity Centers-15% off the non-discounted hourly rates at the Children Activity Center located at select Disney Resort Hotels. Minimum charge of two (2) hours per child. Services available for children age 3-12.
Luggage Tag-AAA Vacations keepsake luggage tags (one per person)
Arcade Game Card-100 points game play in arcades lcated in Disney Resorts. (one card per package; available only with Magic Your Way Packages)
If you book a package with the Dining plan then you get 2 additional benefits:
AAA Preferred Fireworks Viewing Location-EXCLUSIVE! Guests who purchase select AAA Vacations Packages can enjoy a special viewing location for Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, the biggest, brightest fireworks extravaganza in Magic Kingdom Theme Park history. (Theme Park admission, advance reservations and voucher required. Schedules vary, limited space and block out date apply. Subject to availability).
Disney’s Story Time Experience-EXCLUSIVE! Guests who purchase select AAA Vacations Packages can enjoy the intimate storytelling experience in a Disney Theme Park with a character from a classic Disney animated feature. (Theme Park admission, advance reservations and voucher required, Select days, limited seating and block out dates apply. Subject to availability).
Attached you will find the locations of the food locations that you can eat at. With the plus dining plan you would receive 1 quick-service meal (includes 1 entrée, 1 non-alcoholic beverage and 1 dessert –or- 1 full buffet), 1 table service meal (includes 1 entrée, 1 non-alcoholic beverage and 1 dessert –or- 1 full buffet), and 1 snack per person per day.
If you book during the month of October through AAA and your package is $2500 or more then you will receive 2 pieces of Disney luggage, shipped to your home address, per booking.
Now for the prices, these prices include the 5 day base ticket. If you wanted to go down to the 4 day base the difference in price is only $42.60 total.
Room 1 (2 adults 2 children age 8)-For a standard view room at Coronado Springs with no airfare or dining plan the cost would be $2263.48. If you want airfare the best options are out of Philadelphia. The package with airfare would be $3910.68. If you would like the meal plan it would be an additional $930.48.
Room 2 (2 adults 2 children age 10 and 6)-For a standard view room at Coronado Springs with no airfare or dining plan the cost would be $2283.72. If you want airfare the best options are out of Philadelphia. The package with airfare would be $3930.92. If you would like the meal plan it would be an additional $1169.16.
