Sekedar informasi Netciti adalah Anak perusahaan dari Datacomm yang bekerja sama dengan Alam Sutera dalam memberikan layanan telekomunikasi di kawasan Alam Sutera dan Pasar Kemis yang terdiri dari triple play services (voice, video, data) dan mobility (wifi, cellular).

Adapun posisi yang dibuka adalah:

A.      Service & Network Officer (SNO)

 

Requirement:

1.       Graduate from reputable university with Bachelor degree  in Engineering with GPA > 3.0

2.       Good knowledge and understanding in ICT infrastructure and services

3.       Have working experience as Service Engineers for more than 3 years in telecommunication, ISP or IT companies

4.       Understand IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL)

5.       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6.       Team player, self motivated, high energy

 

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for supporting the development of new services
2. Responsible for service provisioning
3. Responsible for working with marketing in introducing new services
4. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining SLA
5. Responsible for coordinating and interfacing with Infrastructure Officer for restoring incident

 

B.      Facility & Infrastructure Officer (FIO)

 

Requirement:

1.       Graduate from reputable university with Bachelor degree  in Engineering with GPA > 3.0

2.       Good knowledge and understanding in ICT infrastructure and technology

3.       Have working experience as Network Engineers for more than 3 years in telecommunication, ISP or IT companies

4.       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5.       Team player, self motivated, high energy

 

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for supervising the deployment of infrastructure
2. Responsible for device provisioning
3. Responsible for asset management
4. Responsible for monitoring the health and capacity of infrastructure
5. Responsible for handling the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure
6. Responsible for liasing with SVO and CSO when there is problem

 

C.      Information Technology Officer (ITO)

 

Requirement:

1.       Graduate from reputable university with Bachelor degree  in Computer Science with GPA > 3.0

2.       Good knowledge and understanding in ICT infrastructure and applications

3.       Have working experience as ICT Engineers for more than 3 years in telecommunication, ISP or IT companies

4.       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5.       Team player, self motivated, high energy

 

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for handling the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure such as network, servers and storage
2. Responsible for handling the operation and maintenance of IT applications including web portal, billing, customer service, etc

 

D.      Field Supervisor (FIS)

 

Requirement:

1.       Graduate from reputable university with D3 degree  in Engineering with GPA > 3.0

2.       Good knowledge and understanding in ICT infrastructure

3.       Have working experience as Network Technician for more than 3 years in telecommunication, ISP or IT companies (supervisory experience is expected)

4.       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5.       Team leader, self motivated, high energy

 

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for coordinating and supervising Field Technician
2. Responsible for planning and managing installation of CPE and home cabling
3. Responsible for handling the service desk and the first level incident handling
4. Responsible for dispatching Field Technician
5. Responsible for controlling the incident escalation process

 

E.       Field Technician (FIT)

 

Requirement:

1.       Graduate from reputable SMK majoring in Electronics with good grades in math and languages

2.       Good knowledge and understanding in electronics and computers

3.       Have working experience as Technician for more than 2 years in telecommunication, ISP or IT companies

4.       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5.       Team leader, self motivated, high energy

 

Responsibility:

1.       Responsible for the installation of  CPE and home cabling

2.       Responsible for diagnostic and device replacement

3.       Responsible for escalating incident 

4.       Responsible for performing service request

5.       Responsible for coordinating with SVO and ISO for any related service and infrastructure issues
