*Senior RNO Engineer*
Job Description



1. In charge for guidance, technical support, and result audit, for specified RF actions such as:

A. Pre-sales solution: Be familiar with pre-sales bidding process and product features, work out service delivery strategies, and take the lead in developing complex delivery proposals for the product family. Identify risky clauses and effectively handle the risks.

B. Network design: Take the lead in complex network design for the product family. For critical risks and problems in network planning, work out resolution or mitigation plan at the network design stage and organize people to implement the plan.

C. Data and service swap solution: Take the lead in working out complex data and service swap solution for the product family and organize people to implement the solution. Identify delivery risks and take effective measures to solve or mitigate the risks.

D. Network assessment & optimization solution: Understand and analyze customer pain points, take the lead in developing complex network assessment and optimization solution for the product family, and organize people to implement the solution.

E. Key network assurance solution: According to network assurance requirements, take the lead in developing complex assurance solution for a product family, organize solution implementation, and ensure stable network operation. operation, and bid response clauses, and take effective measures to handle and mitigate the risks.
Identify and manage technical problems of the product family, make solutions and plans, and promote the problem resolution according to corporate processes.

Candidate Requirement
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirement in terms of working experience, qualification background technical and language skills.


1. More than 4 years experience RF Planning & Optimization Experiences; more than 1 year working experience with Huawei;
2. RF working experience for big scale network (>2000 sites) or capital city network
3. Understand well about RF planning & optimization process
4. Strong communication skills in English

*Fresh Graduate Assistant RNP/RNO Engineer*
Job Description


1. Conduct site audit (antenna orientation, height, tilt and etc) and provide report.
2. Conduct physical change on site ( (antenna orientation, tilt and etc) based on requirement from project team
3. Conduct RF pre - survey (support site hunting), RF survey and blocking study.
4. Close coordinate with implement team, drive test coordinator, oss engineer,
5. In charge for collect single site verification result and problems;
6. In charge to escalate problems for the not-passed sites to implementation team, and follow up until problem solved.
7. In charge of drive test /walk test route preparation following test requirement.
8. In charge to conduct drive test/walk test (field measurement) following test cases defined by planning / optimization engineer, and provide correct and valid log file.
9. In charge to collect necessary such as radio environment photo and blocking evidence.

Candidate Requirement
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirement in terms of working experience, qualification background technical and language skills.


1. Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar from reputable University
2. Minimum GPA 3,00
3. Good Communication Skill
4. Excellent English Skills
5. Result Oriented
