Long time, no talk to!

Well, after the rousing success of our busy weekend with the Art Car Parade,
Notsuoh, and Super Happy Fun Land, we took a couple weeks off, and now we're
back. Sadly, our Art Car lost out to an act playing CDs, and apparently
someone got pissed off that the Art Car Parade was "getting politicized", as
our "Make Noise Not War" trailer was being pulled by the "MPeach Bush"
truck. Whatever. At least we weren't dressed up like the Blues Brothers
doing karaoke.
This Friday night at 10:30 we will be playing live at Brasil on
Westheimer/Dunlavy. We are getting the Space Echo out of the shop this week
and it will be making its first appearance with TDU at this show. Want to
hear the Stratus plugged into the Space Echo? We do! Gonna be some serious
analog goodness.
In other news, if you'd like to hear our drummer Kirk Monkeyboy sing in a
ridiculous falsetto, you should go check out "20 Love Songs", put on by
Infernal Bridegroom Productions at the Axiom on McKinney. The show's been
extended for every Friday and Saturday night through June 16th, so come on
out. I've seen it, it's a fantastic show. I'll never look at Whataburger
the same way.
