Paradox open file dialog boxes

Supporting Paradox 9 app (likely irrelevant).
Local PC install only.
Open a table
from the menu:
Suddenly in
middle of debugging code, having many forms, libs, open, jumping around, etc. I
go to open a table from the menu and see this:
Same for forms, libs, etc.
Close Paradox. Back in, back to “normal” - the first dialog style (which I think I have always seen in my many other PCs and systems).
Has happened a few times. The open dialog changes style mid usage.
Functions the same.
I have had this system / PC for many years. No real changes except maybe win10 updates.
Same results from within ProjectViewer.
Some of the systems may have originated in Paradox 9, I support using my version 10, but I cannot see that mattering?
Anyone else see this?
