Paradox not starting after Window 10 update

Anyone seeing this this week?
I've got two computer on which Paradox will not start (gets to the splash screen).
I've tried re-installing so far, no luck.

The not starting seems to be a coincidence.  I deleted the toolbar files and it fixed that.
FYI Toolbar files can be scattered around and have many copies look for: pdx_en*.cfg
Usually in the program's folder and in AppData/Roaming/Corel

Spot checked mine seem fine. All Win 10. No clients report issues some have Win11.

If stuck at splash screen, try deleting the tool bat configs, delete for each user profile on machine.
I have seen that a few times. Also once I deleted them and got another error. I had to copy them from other machine.

It was the toolbar files.
