Anyone running paradox in a Microsoft tenant?  Any pointers you would like to share if so?

why not? I'll tell you my reasons for why not.. 

first, I think you need a drive letter mapping, and don't know that it's possible.. 

second, and more important, look at the issues with remote logins that already exist.. one bad "burp" and the IT admin must force-delete the lock files, if the actual user can't or doesn't log back in immediately.. with all the momentary "burps" you get with wi-fi buffering, how would that play out with everyone connected in the cloud?

I just honestly think that's pushing the envelope a bit too far.. your mileage may vary
