Subject: Flyer for Kane County Cougar Campout

Attached is the Flyer for the Kane County Cougars Campout, our last official Guides activity for the year.  We will get the website up next week for registration but I wanted to get the Flyer out as a save the date (especially since the date changed by one day) and also to give some basic logistical information for those that I have not gone on this before.  A couple of notes:

 

• The Campout is still over Memorial Day weekend but it is now Sunday night the 26th instead of Saturday night as per the original calendar. I know that some people travel this weekend but for those that don't they seemed to really like having it over this weekend as opposed to later in the summer.
• Please encourage people to sign up quickly.  I expect the tickets to go fast but if there is anyone that wants to go and doesn't get in I can try to go back and request more.
• The pricing will be the same as last year.  $22 per person, which includes a reserved seat, fireworks show, running of the bases, a movie on the big screen in center field while you get to lay on the grass, an overnight stay in your own tent, and a hot breakfast the next morning.  You can also bring your own snacks and beverages for the camping area only. 
• There is also the option to buy just a ticket to the game for $10.   This seems to be popular with a lot of the Moms and other siblings that really don't want to sleep in a tent.

 I will let you know once the registration is open so you can let your members register.
