Dear Friends and Family,
After talking with Verizon FiOs' sales dept. and finding out that, if I cancel my entire account, I lose ALL of my information I have re: e-mail addresses, content in folders, etc. There is no way to save the information before the account gets shut down. He suggested I just set up a yahoo.com account but I don't want to do that.
So, business as usual....crash423@verizon.net is still alive and well.
