Italy Part II -- Slow Food

I finally posted another entry on my trip to Italy last fall. While
traveling in Italy I attended a Slow Food Cheese event that was quite
interesting (beyond the great cheese and wine). Slow Food is in the
process of greening its events, and I explain some of the key aspects.
