Hello,

Back in June I've requested for Ruby developers wanting to help fix
Ruby's own test failures on Windows:

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/rubyinstaller/A92K_EYJX2A/nsJNnsYoY68J

At that time, there was 10 to 12 failures caused by different system
configurations or incorrect tests assumptions about the platform.

Over the past months several developers asked questions, send patches
and helped solve those bugs.

We can say that as today, all these identified issues has been solved!

I would like to thank the time, patience and collaboration of the
following developers:

Oleg Sukhodolsky
Dušan D. Majkić
Boško Ivanišević
Jon Forums

And to Ruby-Core developers who reviewed and applied those patches:

Masaki Suketa
Hiroshi Shirosaki
NAKAMURA Usaku
CHIKANAGA Tomoyuki

Thank you for helping make a better Ruby.
