Logitech G102 Prodigy Review

Greetingsfellow steemians earlier I had reviewed my first mechanical keyboard Redragon Kala K557 so today I bring you the review of my first gaming mouse by Logitech which is G102 Prodigy that I had purchased along with my keyboard.

I received the mouse in a blue color box which had a the image of the mouse in front and the specs of it at the back. The packing was okay nothing special. This mouse cost me around 30 USD, considering the specs and the quality we get from logitech the price of the mouse is really cheap and you'll know why so just keep reading my review.

The build quality of the mouse is very sturdy, it's weighs only 84 grams with cable. The one that I have is a black version it also comes in a white version and goes by a different model name. The plastic used here is of high grade and comes with a matte finish which increases the grip of it. The mouse comes with 6 programmable buttons and has anti slide rubberised grip underneath to prevent it from slipping and for better traction.

When I was purchasing the mouse from Amazon , in the description it said it can go from 200 DPI to 6000 DPI and thats more than what I use (currently using it at 3600 DPI) while I was downloading the drivers for this mouse from logitiechs website they had mentioned about a firmware update which increased the DPI of the mouse upto 8000 I was really happy to know that, though I dont use it at 8000 DPI but isn't it good to be future proofed , huh ?
