paste screen image into a bug report

To make creating new tickets more efficient it would be great if a screen image, produced via "Alt-PrtScn", could be pasted directly into the the bug report.  Attaching files is OK, but to do that with a screen shot now requires several steps, ie open Paint or some other application, paste the screen image, save it as a file, return to the compose form, browse to file location, etc.

A simple CTRL-V into the form would be much simpler.

TheBugTrack doesn't support this feature right now. We will look into it.
