How would one go about creating external links to a bug?
for instance - I have a project "website" and I want to email a link
to this bug as example.com/bugs/website-31 (or something)

Hi, Pete,
Each bug in TheBugTrack service has a unique link to it, you can find bug link through email notification, or by creating a link to that bug through "Links" tab. However, for security reasons, user has to have right access privilege to view that bug by logging in to TheBugTrack service.
