Access to another organisation's BugTrack

Hi,

I can't seem to allow a client (who has uses Google Apps also) access to my BugTrack.

TheBugTrack seems to want to use my client's BugTrack when he logs in, but of course he doesn't have a BugTrack.

Anyone overcome this issue?
