"Details" on Reports

When I am viewing a report, there is a section that shows "Details"
behind several Actions (i.e. Assigned, Submit, Resolved, Closed). I
assumed that would be where I could find out WHICH id's were Assigned,
Resolved or Closed on a particular day. Is there a place that I can
find this information?

Click "Details" link after each action (Submit, Assigned, etc.), you will find a bar chart with daily count of such action.  and then click bar on the bar chart, a pop-up dialog will show IDs of these bugs which were assigned, or submitted on particular day.
