Korean language is broken in exported csv and html file.

I think you need to add multi-language support to your service.

You need to add the following tags between <head> and <title> when exporting html file.
    <meta charset="UTF-8">

And you also need to add UTF-8 or unicode meta information to csv file. (I don't know how but you can get the information from Microsoft site).
